Len Crowder
Director
Born in Zambia and raised in South London, Len joined LPC Law on an ad hoc basis in 1994 & continued to work part time whilst he studied for his solicitor finals in 1998.
In 2001, he became part of the new senior management team to lead the firm and took an active role in the day-to-day running of the Advocacy Department.
He is currently the firm's supervising principal.
Tony Crowder
Director | COFA
After undertaking a variety of roles in accounts departments for different organisations, Tony joined LPC Law in June 1998 as Head of Accounts.
In 2001, he was a founding member of the Senior Management Team that led LPC Law to become the nationwide provider of advocacy services.
Alongside his duties as Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA) he takes an active role in deciding the strategic direction of the company.
Pete Blackmore
Partner
Pete completed the BVC in 2006 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2013. He has attended over 2500 hearings as an Advocate. In 2010 Pete became an Advocacy Manager, managing a team of advocates, providing advice and monitoring their performance.
He is currently a Partner and Head of Advocacy, responsible for managing all barristers, solicitors and supervising all advocates.

Pamela Gumuskaya is the firm's Compliance Officer for Legal Practice.
Ross Butland
Head of Litigation
Ross has a degree in History and American Studies (with International Study) from the University of Nottingham. He completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP Law School (Waterloo) and passed the Legal Practice Course with distinction at BPP Law School (Holborn).
He joined SCS Law (LPC Law Ltd's litigation service) in 2017 and became Head of the department in 2024.
Deborah Witts
Head of HR & Advocacy Recruitment
Deborah is responsible for the management of the firm’s Human Resources and Advocacy Recruitment. Deborah joined LPC Law in 2016.
Ros Wilson
Head of Accounts
Ros joined LPC Law in 2000, where she began her career working in payroll and reconciling accounts.
In 2005, she became Head of Accounts, responsibile for the management of all tasks relating to LPC Law's Accounts Department.
Simon Pearson
Head of IT
Simon joined LPC Law in October 2002 after several years supporting the European offices of MRI International who were the world’s largest barter company.
He pioneered LPC Law's own bespoke instruction management system (IMS) and its client facing partner system: LPC Online.
He currently oversees the development and innovation of LPC Law’s IT systems and infrastructure.
Benjamin Durodie

Benjamin was an advocate on the South Eastern Circuit and attended over 1000 hearings, before being appointed an Advocacy Manager in 2023 and Senior Advocacy Manager in 2024, responsible for managing Advocates providing advice & monitoring performance.
Margaret Shields
Senior Advocacy Manager
Margaret worked for HM Courts & Tribunals Service and the Ministry of Justice before joining LPC Law. Her last position was working in the Private Offices for the Senior Presiding Judge of England and Wales.
Margaret joined LPC Law in 2019 as an Advocate on the South Eastern Circuit. She became an Advocacy Manager in 2022, responsible for managing Advocates on the Northern Circuit, providing advice and monitoring performance.
In 2023, Margaret became Senior Advocacy Manager.
Piers Smyth-Renshaw
Advocacy Manager (Client Relations)
Piers was an advocate on the Northern Circuit and attended over 1000 hearings, before being appointed an Advocacy Manager in 2022, responsible for managing Advocates providing advice & monitoring performance. In 2024, he became responsible for client relationship management for the firm.
Rowan Whalley
Advocacy Manager (Diary Clerks)
Rowan was an advocate on the North Eastern Circuit, before being appointed an Advocacy Manager in 2023, responsible for managing Advocates by providing advice & monitoring performance. In 2024, he took on responsibility for the Diary Clerks and the allocation of work for advocates.
Charanpreet Bhogal
Advocacy Manager
Charanpreet joined LPC Law as Advocate in January 2022. She was appointed as an Advocacy Manager in 2024.

Having previously been an advocate since 2022, Calum joined LPC Law as an Advocacy Manager in 2024.

Sharanjeet joined LPC Law as Advocate in January 2022. She was appointed as an Advocacy Manager in 2024.

Alex joins the Advocacy team having attended over 400 hearings as an advocate.
He is involved in the continuous professional development of the advocates having been appointed as an Advocacy Manager in 2024.

Holly Corder
Recruitment Manager
Holly read law at Sheffield University before going on to complete the BPTC at the College of Law. After being called to the Bar as a member of Inner Temple, Holly joined LPC Law as an Advocate on the South Eastern Circuit. In her role as an Advocate Holly attended over 2,000 hearings.
Holly became an Advocacy Manager in 2018 where she provides advice and monitors the performance of Advocates across the South-Eastern circuit.
In 2023, Holly became Senior Advocacy Manager | Recruitment, responsible for managing the recruitment of advocates and PQ advocates. In 2024, Holly became Recruitment Manager for LPC Advocates.
