Greener Litigation is an initiative to reduce the environmental impact of dispute resolution.
It is the home of the Greener Litigation Pledge, a commitment to action by solicitors' firms, barristers' chambers and other disputes professionals.
Greener Litigation’s principal objective is to support the courts and court users in becoming carbon neutral (and ultimately carbon negative) and to encourage lasting change in litigation practice
Financial Services Qualification System
FSQS is a community of financial institutions including banks, building societies, insurance companies and investment services, collaborating to agree a single standard for collecting the increasing amount and complexity of third party information needed to demonstrate compliance to regulators, internal policies and governance controls.
The FSQS Registered Mark recognises that our organisation has gone through the process required to demonstrate its commitment and credentials to the industry.
Cyber Essentials
Cyber Essentials helps us guard against common cyber threats and demonstrates our commitment to cyber security.
It is a Government backed scheme further endorsed by industry including the Federation of Small Businesses and the CBI, offering protection to LPC Law against a whole range of the most common cyber attacks.
Prompt Payment Code
The Prompt Payment Code (PPC) is a code of practice for businesses, administered by the Office of the Small Business Commissioner (SBC) on behalf of BEIS. It was established in December 2008 and sets standards for payment practices between organisations of any size and their suppliers.
