Our advocacy service has evolved to meet the fast-paced needs of your business.
Our comprehensive recruitment and assessment programme guarantees the best possible representation. And our support network ensures our advocates are always on top of the latest developments in the law.
LPC Law attend every county court in England & Wales, because we instruct over 200 Advocates (including over 50 barristers and solicitors).
Therefore we can easily accommodate last-minute hearings, including applications to suspend warrants of eviction listed for the next working day.
- We are able to do this because we split England and Wales into seven distinct court circuits.
- Each circuit has an advocacy manager and IMS (LPC Law's own Instruction Management System) allows us to track the progress of hearings and papers in each circuit.
- Every advocate has either completed a Bar Postgraduate Course, the Legal Practice Course or is GCILEx/FCILEx qualified, and has completed our own rigorous assessment and training programme.
- Every advocate is supervised and instructed by one of LPC Law's solicitors.
- If local coverage is not possible, we will absorb the cost of any travel to ensure attendance by an LPC Law advocate. That way you can be sure of the LPC Law mark of quality every time.
