Official Receiver and Enforcement Fees Increases

There are also increases to some of the fees charged by HMCTS as of 25th July 2016, following the final approval this morning of The Civil Proceedings, First-tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal and Employment Tribunals Fees (Amendment) Order 2016. As a result of the order, many of the fees payable on enforcement applications have increased by 10%, including:
