The County Court at Rotherham officially closed on the 2^nd September 2016, with its work being transferred to Sheffield. However, we have been informed by the Court staff that PCOL matters will continue to be listed in Rotherham until the end of September. Practitioners are therefore advised to check notices of hearings for matters in Rotherham and Sheffield closely and to enquire with HMCTS if they are in any doubt as to the location of their hearings.
