Since 25^th April 2017, it has not been possible to lodge Applications or Claim Forms in person at the Rolls Building. Instead, all filing and issuing must be done electronically using CE-File (http://ce-file.uk/). The Court have provided public access terminals and scanners which can be used to file documents. However, as these terminals are primarily for litigants in person, legal professionals have been encouraged to use CE-File from their own computers to avoid queues in the Court building.
