Looking to increase your Practice?

LPC Law has a large number of instructions across England & Wales to attend Fast Track Trials, Stage 3 Disposal Hearings and complex interim hearings.

We are therefore looking for practicing civil post-qualified advocates (barristers, solicitor-advocates and solicitors) who are keen to supplement their existing practice.

Role Summary

  • Manage your own diary - do as little or as much as you want with us
  • Get paid regardless of when the client has paid us
  • No rent or tenancy fees - fixed fee paid per case
  • Work locally to where you live/practice

You will typically be able to see your diary of allocated cases 5 working days in advance of the hearing date, however, we can accommodate to fit around your existing chamber's diary. Briefs are available to be downloaded via the advocate network, however we may occasionally send you a hard copy bundle. This gives you sufficient time to prepare the case and conduct any legal research as necessary.

After the hearing, you are required to submit an attendance note for each hearing, accurately stating the order obtained from the Judge, summarising the submissions made by each party and the reasoning behind the Judge's decision. You can also submit your invoice to us or arrange this so that your chambers invoice us on your behalf.
